I'm really bummed out today at the passing of Greg Lake, the seminal voice of ELP and many other bands. I often thought of Greg as a great bass player but he was so much more. HIs guitar skills were impressive too in classic songs like the Sage.

Greg was one of the greatest voices of prog rock along with Justin Hayward, Jon Anderson and others. Carl Palmer is all that is left from ELP.

Greg, I personally will really miss your soaring voice and brilliant guitar melodies. But your music will live on in all of us.

Be at peace.

Bear,
Whenever I think of Greg Lake, I immediately recall your cover of "Lucky Man" at IGC a couple of years ago. It was fantastic!
He wrote some wonderful songs and will be missed by many.

Nope. He would've been happy.
I seem to recall that everyone, everyone sang along!
