Well I think Ive found a new player to obsess over. I actually purchesed the tab from one of his videos and think I will give it a go. Not sure if he's my favorite yet but that could change. Anyway here is a video of Farewell

Very pretty song. He’s so talented. His fingers on his left hand move around the fretboard so effortlessly.

Excellent player. Not much needs to be said after watching that video. I loved how the sea noise was an added instrument.

He is one of the many talented artists from the CandyRat label. I love that for a modern fingerstyle player you can definitely find a melody and musicality with this song. Sometimes it seems like fingerstyle can devolve into technique for the sake of technique. Anyway glad folks enjoyed.
