Here is the original song that I wanted deconstructed Burnin Love

Lyrics

I found no peace in the lies that I've told
I'm only hurt by the blows that get withheld
The sharper I get cut the harder I get held
More that I believe that you will come to me

Without you I've been burning love
Whoa
Oh
Oh
You're the one that I've been calling for
Whoa
Oh
Oh

Without you I've been burning love
Whoa
Oh
Oh
You're the one that I've been calling for

I found no peace in the lies that I've told
I'm only hurt by the blows that get withheld
The sharper I get cut the harder I get held
More that I believe that you will come to me

Without you I've been burning love
Whoa
Oh
Oh
You're the one that I've been calling for
Whoa
Oh
Oh

Without you I've been burning love
Whoa
Oh
Oh
You're the one that I've been calling for

Without you I've been burning love
Whoa
Oh
Oh
You're the one that I've been calling for

Oh

Without you I've been burning love
Whoa
Oh
Oh
You're the one that I've been calling for
Whoa
Oh
Oh

Without you I've been burning love
Whoa
Oh
Oh
You're the one that I've been calling for

That was amazing. I wanted to learn guitar, and accidentally discovered Neil Hogan a week later on the Internet . That's like wanting to learn how to count then getting stuck in an elevator with Pythagoras.

I didn't know you had long sleeve shirts in California.

That was very interesting. I someones have a bit a ear training, then there is some possibilities or a lot of possibilities.

Very nice. Reminds me of playing with records (yes I am dating myself) years ago - sometimes picking out note by note and working for days.

Thanks for the behind the scenes, it is so refreshing to see you guys working outside of the box. That was a joy to watch and looking forward to Matts' next Flip Out!

Wow, great recordings, very insightful and informative.
It shows that having a great ear ( or 2), helps working out songs a lot.

I'm hoping that we're going to get a whole series of "behind the scenes" with Matt and Neil, then again, knowing them 2, they've probably had this worked out for 6 months and have all the episodes recorded, edited and ready to go, and are already onto the next project, which will no doubt amaze us too.

I gotta go back to listening to records/cd and train my ears

more work to do, great

Joe

It seems all the flip out videos have been removed for terms of use violation. What...all most of them was, was an expression of an option. Don't know why youtube would have an issue with that.
