My workplace is a "Dilbert" cartoon (technocracy unleashed, look it up), so I REALLY appreciate this approach.

This is cool. There is a priceless moment there when Matt tells Neil what chords he's supposed to play ... that was so funny! Nice little insights. Like it Matt, stacking emotions: When you're down you're down, when you're up you're up!
