Another tonality wove into the mix might be nice, for a little contrast.
(like maybe a little slide guitar that plays simple scale tones...dialed in on a slightly dirty channel sporadically woven though out the piece.) But I like it as it is, as well.

It's better. The lead is not the same all the way through. Add a soft rhythm track in the back and you will have something.

In the start of the song, the drums were single shots on the 1 beat and your timing seemed a bit off. I would work on that to make it cleaner as well.
