Sure an acquired taste but I found the general flavour of his lessons engaging and he made the process seem accessible.
I wonder if Neil has thought of doing lessons on the art of songwriting or engaging a songwriter to do a series about it?

Aaargh ! The doctor and Igor told me that the mold had been destroyed when the rioting townspeople invaded the castle and destroyed the laboratory !
But now it looks like there are probably even more like that out there ! :woohoo:

Anything that makes it less intimidating is very helpful.

The guy may look like he's escaped from a Harry Potter movie but his lesson was actually very good IMHO.

I watched a programme a few years back with Bryan Adams showing how to write songs and it was pretty much along the same lines as this.

It's an interestitng set up for an instructional video. He seems to be either in a filthy dorm room or a filthy retirement home ... except he's not quite the right age for either, which leaves the only alternative, he's in a filthy insane asylum dorm room.

And like all filthy insane asylum dorm rooms, he's got two cameras going, so this is a serious production. The most serious thing shot in an insane asylum since One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. AND now it all makes sense.
