I recently discovered a song I haven't heard in many years and it's sweet to the ears and mind.

It's called How 'Bout Us by Champaign and was released in 1981.

It is as lovely as the video used to promote it.

I looked in our library to see if we have it but I don't believe it's there.

Lots of love everyone,

Michael

Hey Mike,

I've always réally liked that song, another eighties (I think) nr. 1 hit here in Holland. Love the overall feel of it. Wouldn't even know how to describe it. It's everything, very cool and slow syncopated groove laid down by drums and bass, gorgeous harmonies, nice guitar fills etc. etc.

In thruth, it has crossed my list, not too long ago, I'm just not sure how to arrange it.

I might look at it again. :)

Thanks for the reminder Mike!

I was working on it today.

I believe the first chord is A. followed by Dm and there is a Bm in there as well.

That's close Mike. Tell me, what's happening in the bass throughout those chords?
