We made a quick change to help but it is not the fix we need so give us 24 hours to do some tuning.
Its been really slow for me, and the new (old) target member, student reviews are still un-obtainable for me. Talked to Cheryle about it last week, but so far no joy.

Hi Guys... Hi Mike...

Just checking if anyone else is getting the slow, slow problem again like me.... last few hours have been almost impossible.
All other sites I'm checking are ok, its just TG. I thought it better to bring it up here again as it confirmed it was not just my problem and Mike got it sorted real fast.

No one else seems to have had a problem yesterday... it got so bad I gave up. Today is much better but I wonder why things get so impossibly slow from time to time?

Hmmm, someone recommended I try opening TG in private browsing (firefox) and it is blitzschnel!
Anyone able to explain to me why? Is my problem just my ignorance of how Firefox or any browser works?
The reason I ask is last time around Mike made adjustments on the site and things got better. So I don't know if its me or TG... and I do seem to have a remedy now... I just don't know why.

'scuse me if I'm wasting anyone's time here, I wouldn't say I was computer-illiterate, but when you don't know something, you just don't know.
