If you have a chance to go in Denmark between November and January , Tuborg release the Christmas Beer. It is quite good, amber darkish, and very popular over there. I read that even though it is only available for 6 weeks, it is the 4th most popular brand (compare with the other brands that sells year long). The few times I was in Copenhagen was during this time (except one time in summer). The Danes sure likes their Christmas beer and so do the tourists

Can't get that at my store :(

Never tried it but it looks like its worth a try ( like most brands :) )
Do you folks have "Beverages and More" , or BevMo up there? if so, you should be able to get it. They were able to get me some Sleeman. Not too bad, I wold certainly drink it again. Thanks Al!

No, like Al said just two places, would have to be a special order.

I'm not a beer expert, even if my old university's bar boasted the longest bar with the most sorts of beer in the country at the time, I was mostly a window shopper. But when it comes to Beer ads... I know my onions. This will warm the cockles of your heart Chas:

I remember vaguely that this was from an actual movie. They were testing in a pool.

This was from reality Lav! This story relates the unique and unforgettable attack on the Möhne and Eder dams by 617 squadron (Lancasters) in May 1943. It was kept secret long after the war. The film about it is one all Britts brought up after WWII will know well, including the famous theme music. My mother actually worked on Lancasters in the war.
