My Life in Cars a pictorial History in Reverse

Thought I would record the cars I have owned and sometimes loved over the period of my life..

Yes I am a petrol Head, yes we name all our cars..I will start from the 3 I have now and then work backwards to recent let goes to the beginning and the first car I owned..

I am looking to get a G55 Mercedes to cart guitars around, and a 997 GT3 RS to replace sooty my 997s..

Current 3 are

1996 Porsche 993 C4s - a classic and a garage queen..We call him Wombat for his ample rear..

1969 Porsche 911 s Rgruppe - this thing is the very first R gruppe has a real story We call him Chief..attached

2005 Mercedes C55 AMG - this car is a v8 sleeper in disguise, do not try and drag this off the lights ( you will be embarrased)

Here is Sooty a car I need to replace now..06 Porsche 997s got to drive this puppy in the blue ridge mountains in the Carolinas, as well as the hills around the Valley...great great car.

Here is a car I will buy another of, this car had some issues, but I will find another one and I believe once the economy comes back this thing will be a true car investment, not too many of these..a true classic..

Here is "Lola" Cheryles 1994 Porsche 968..this car is one of the best handling and most underated cars running around..This car sold to someone who came to Orlando and drove it back to OHIO...

Here is "711"..a 1973 Porsche 911 E...thsi car was concours, and a fellow from Mexico city in the software game flew into Orlando , then drove it back ..yep ..to Mexico City and showed it that weekend at the Mexican Porsche Concours event..

a 1966 Porsche 911 ....now this is an early early car, so hard to get and find in Original condition..this went to Switzerland..yep some guy bought it and shipped it offshore..and then complained about the price..when I offered to buy it back I heard nothing of course..damn damn and double damn..
