Thought I would start this one as I have seen a bunch , and would love to see a bunch more and of course Jeff Bridges is starring in one being released right now..


So hows about we create a list with clips from the movies if we can of films that have a guitar theme, or some significant playing in them...

Ill start with a couple of obvious ones..and then lets see you keep this going, try and get a sort of a library going

Just 'cos Dean's so cool.......

"Once" is hardly a classic, but it's a great movie for guitar players and music lovers in general. It's an indie movie from three or four years ago. I was told of this movie when my wife and I were in Burlington, Vermont for one night last fall. We were walking around downtown and heard this song played by a street performer; a college student raising money for a trip to Europe. He told me about this movie. This particular song won an Oscar for best original song, or something like that. It's called "Falling Slowly"
