Refund?

Is that what they call it when you have to write a check to the government every April 15th for allowing me to work in this country?

I'm kinda fuzzy on the whole "refund" thing.

The two most dangerous topics in the world. Death and Taxes. LOL I know its a nasty thing. Praise God I'm blessed to be able to get a refund. Hopefully, many of you will also! I'll ask the Boss to see what He can do...

But IF you get one, what would you like to do with it?

IF I got a refund, I would buy a Les Paul. I have the urge to get an electric guitar, so that would be on my wish list.

Andy- I've never had a refund in 20 years! Wouldn't know what to do with it if I did. Long, boring story.

But fixing up Gracie seems like a great way to use your funds. But returning to Hawaii would be cool too. It would cost a fortune because I would have to bring my golf clubs and my guitar to jam with you!
NOw jamming with Golf Clubs I gotta see that!! Image

I'm going with Willem, looking at one of those BR micro recorders that I always see Al using. Maybe some guitar software, though I am still doing some studying on what would work best for my recording needs. I sure don't need another guitar, I'm thankful for what I have, in fact if someone wants a really nice Guild A/E Contemporary Series 2007 handcrafted in the USA, or a Tacoma A/E both cutaway's, I have one of each available. After April 15th this year I think I am finally going to breakdown and buy that small ball of twine I've had my eye on for sometime. :)

i have a good one for you and it's true

yesterday i received a letter from the state of california telling me that in 2008 i received $750.00 back as a state refund
here's the kicker

they tell me i have to claim that as income so they can tax it again!
