Rather than hijack the wonderful thread and video previously it did inspire me to share this with you..

Taken from a documentary (young at heart) that had a poignant effect on my life..this particular song had me in tears the first time..back story , he loses his singing partner through the rehearsals..

I hope this allows a you to pause a moment..as I did..

This is so inspiring. A good lesson for all of us, our attitude in life decides how we will grow old.If we decide that we are too old to do something , then we are by choice
