Hi Matt

If his guitar camp is what I went to, where you get to meet Tommy and listen to him talk about how he learned to play guitar, and his philosophy on the guitar, life etc etc then I'd seriously recommend it, he plays a few songs, and breaks them down a little as well.

It was a great experience to get the chance to see him away from playing on stage.

Hope you enjoy it

Joe

I had the pleasure of seeing Tommy a couple of years ago in Chattanooga Tn in a very small setting. It was like being in the living room with him. All I can say is he is simply amazing.

I saw Tommy's show in Troy, NY last night. A 3-hour show at about 6,000 beats per minute into a 6,000 watt sound system in a 1,200 seat symphony hall. He nailed everything, and I have to say he left nothing in the bag. It was a very high energy show, and now I know why there is no lacquer on his guitars.

I think a couple of TG'ers are going to see him tonight in Burlington, VT. Buckle up guys.

Ashes to ashes. Dust to dust. Maton to splinters.

Great evening with Tommy in Burligton VT, tonight. He is really a good entertainer and he is mastering his art. Those poor guitars must be sent after each show to the guitar-practor to readjust the trust rods as he really twist the guitars sometimes. Really like those artificial harmonics he played in Over the Rainbow which sound like a harp. I took my sons and they really appreciate what a great player he is.
