You are really getting shafted Dennis! He is even playing Exeter....lol Even if you live in Fresno (which I did for a while) you would wonder where Exeter is.......lol.

I might try and make the Pepperdine show tomorrow night in Malibu. It's only about 30 min from here.....

I saw Tommy in Warragul (country Victoria in Oz) a couple of years ago. He was magical; just about made his rather beaten-up Maton speak in tongues!

Man that guy can play ... the only other guy I've seen/heard who comes close is another Aussie player called Bruce Mathiske (I've seen him live about 5 times now) who also makes the whole exercise seem simple when playing some very complex pieces.

It's such a pleasure to watch and hear masters of an instrument; really, any instrument, although of course the guitar is my favourite. Both Tommy and Bruce are masters.

Matt,

Thanks for putting this up. I have meetings in Burlington VT all the time and will certainly try to schedule one while he is up there in a few weeks. I just hope I can get tickets. Thanks for the notice!!

Marc that would be great. Just noticed that it was on a Sunday. I'll have to figure out how to convince my wife that I have to be up there Sunday night for a meeting on Monday. :) :) Shouldn't be a problem as I stay up there at least once a month (3 hour drive for me) My brother is going to med school up there so I could see him for a visit as well. Heck if I could see you that would be two TGers in one month!!! I'll let you know.
