So ...Just to lighten things up..

I am a huge fan of skill, when I see someone executing something well, from business to sport to playing guitars..

I was in Vegas last 2 days and met Sam at Caesars .... He is an acrobat from China, (no kidding) who started working in a circus in Biloxi Misssisipi, and the big storm came and took his showbiz contract away, so he moved to Vegas to get work in his second profession Noodle making...A little off topic, but I hope you see something good in it..Sorry about the quality, was on my iphone..

That was fun. About 10 years ago I watched with fascination as a couple of chefs in Bangkok prepared a dish that is made of a single thin noodle. The noodle is about 6 meters long! Amazing dexterity.

Oh man.... that was too cool !!! Now I want noodle for lunch. Thanks much for sharing this.
