Hi Everyone,

We have been hard at work figuring out how to give everyone, regardless of their internet connection the best quality video possible. During a recent security update to our TARGET videos we had to remove the full buffering like the players do on the free videos.

This caused folks with lower bandwidth connections to start having problems. The solution was not simple and required a lot of heavy technical changes and engineering for TARGET video. (On the upside you can skip to any point in a video even if it isn't buffered and the player will jump there)

After testing with a couple of TARGET members privately and then recent tests we feel the current lesson format being rolled out with the three resolution choices is the best balance we can bring right now for low bandwidth to higher bandwidth customers.

So keep your eyes open and you will start to notice the new lesson format popping up all over in TARGET. It will take us at least a week to get it all done and keep in mind we are processing and coding for three videos per lesson which is triple work per lesson. If you find one of the lessons has an issue just let us know in support. If you still can't play the videos in TARGET let support know. They will make sure nothing is being overlooked.

Thanks to all you low bandwidth customers who have been having trouble and hanging on while we get this solution rolling out and also members who were not having trouble and helped validate our tests. It's going to be a busy few days and nights to get these done but I promise we are putting our best foot forward in pumping this out to you.

Sincerely,
Mike

Thank you, thank you, thank you. It makes a difference when you can view a high resolution image on a large monitor. We need to see where your fingers are flying towards !
