I'll go out on a limb and suggest that one of them is 'Further on Down the Road.' I'm not sure how familiar folks here are with a young blues guitarist named Joe Bonamassa, so I'll just relate a few things. He got started playing blues as a very young child (4 or 5). He had a long standing goal to play the Royal Albert Hall and last year a DVD of his first performance there was released. During that performance he explained to the audience that 'Further on Down the Road' was the first blues song he learned and...

It really is an EC signature tune and BTW, the Joe Bonamassa 'Live from the Royal Albert Hall' is well worth looking into.
If I were to go even further out on a limb, I'd speculate that the other song Neil and Matt are considering is 'Beautiful Tonight.' All the ladies (I know) love it; 'nuff said.
