You are correct Marc. It says on the respective video that they have been removed by the user. Something is amiss here! Did you hotline support?
Hey all
So Someone with access has entered the channel and deleted some videos, so it has been ruined for the rest of you..I had the account changed this morning.
We will be posting a new system shortly, which we manage, so this can never happen...I guess the trust thing was one bridge too far..
When we post the details, we will ask any one who's video got deleted to re-upload, and on our end we will re-upload the Neil responses...we were about to do a bunch o filmed responses, so when we get this going today, if you can get them up, that way Neil can do the filmed responses asap...
Thx all..

Hi Everyone,
For now please upload your videos using the video testimonial system found here:
http://www.totallyguitars.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4305
We need you to re-upload anything you uploaded after april 14, 2010.
Instructions are on the page and it is pretty easy to use.
We will put them up in the student channel as soon as possible. I'll keep an eye out for them.
Thank you,
Mike

I just tried to do it for my "Is There Anybody Out There Video". I've getting the error message "unsupported extension". The extension is .m4v made with iMovie. What do I need to convert it to? Thanks Michele

I just uploaded an avi and it worked ok. Do you have AVS? I guess you are using a Mac, Michele?
