I was able to play around with the community map this morning. It still takes forever to load and generates countless warnings about the slow script, but seems like it will be a very useful feature.

But I don't think it will really be useable until filters are available. For example, in my general area, there are many hundreds of markers. None of the ones I investigated had ever posted anything to the forum. And it takes so long to zoom in and out or move around that I couldn't find myself or anyone I've ever seen here among the noise.

With filters for, say, "Friends," "Target Members," "Group Members," "People who have posted at least once to the forum," and the ability to search for specific member, this would be an awesome feature.
