Hey Gang,
I have been playing around with Neil Young's Heart of Gold. I have been going through the lesson and several times Neil mentions the harmonica solo. My question is, if I wanted to learn to play the harmonica solo along with this song what key should the harmonica be? They aren't cheap and if I buy the wrong key I can't take it back because it will have spit all over it.

Cheers, Steve

It's OK dude, we all have one!

Steve if you troll back through the forum there's a collaboration on Heart of Gold with harmonica. Reiver and from memory Wrench play a pretty good harmonica.

I thought in one of the live broadcasts Neil said it was in G. I've wanted to learn this myself, I bought a set of 5 each in different keys, but that is as far as I got!!
