TRIBUTE TO JOHN LENNON ON HIS 70th BIRTHDAY

It's very hard to believe that John Lennon, the imperfect genius, would be 70 today (9th October 2010). We can't possibly let this birthday pass uncelebrated so please leave your comments about what John life and music has meant to you or post your favourite video, picture, quote etc here.
Makes me wonder, if he were to be on the TV today, give the inevitable interviews on reaching 70, what would he have had to say? What music would he have produced in the years that were stolen from him? If only.
