Possible network issues... is your video stuttering today?

Hi,
We need your help. If you are seeing your TG videos pause for 1-2 seconds randomly while playing today. Could you please reply to this thread with your basic city, state/province location information? It would help us narrow down who is being effected while working with our network provider.
