HI team, my wife has just gained a promotion at work and the new job is in Auckland, I am still in the market for a new job. So the house is on the market and if you want a virtual tour of my house check out the link.

Hopefully the move won't disrupt life too much!

Congratulations to Jill! Glad to hear there's one person in the house gainfully employed! ;-) What an opportunity, you can retire, sweep leaves and bum around the house with your guitar slung over your shoulder all day long....

Hey Chas:

Tell Jill Congrats!

$365,000.00 would be a bargain here for 2800sf. Houses that size run at least $550-$600K here and that is since the crash. Five yrs ago or so and it would have been more like $800k-$950K. Nice looking place. I hope it sells quickly for you and that you find something nice in Auckland. Maybe they will have some faster internet connections for the TG live shows..... ;)

If you could beam your property over here Chas you'd be on the market at around 1.2 mill!

Yeah, it would be pricey here, too.

Man, if I had that house, I'd set up a guitar room so fast.
