$365,000.00 would be a bargain here for 2800sf. Houses that size run at least $550-$600K here and that is since the crash. Five yrs ago or so and it would have been more like $800k-$950K. Nice looking place. I hope it sells quickly for you and that you find something nice in Auckland. Maybe they will have some faster internet connections for the TG live shows.....
