Just a heads up... The May 26,2011 issue of Rolling Stone Magazine, has a great article "The 70 Greatest DylanSongs" It talks about each of the 70 song with some unique insight, some of the songs are discussed by Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Bono, Jackson Browne and other music legends. Flipping through the article before settling down to read it, I was attracted to the large type pullouts of some lyrics that brought back all kinds of memories from when I heard them the first time.
Such as:
"You never understood that it ain't no good, You shouldn't let other people get your kicks for you."
"God say, You can do what you want Abe, but next time you see me comin' you better run."
"It ain't no use in turning on your light, babe, I'm on the dark side of the road."
So, what's the one line lyric in a song that speaks to you?
Here's one from Pink Floyd: "All you touch and all you see, Is all your life will ever be".

Greg Brown Lyrics:
Yesterday I had a vision neath the tree where we once talked
Of an old couple burning their love letters so their children won't be shocked
Wine bottle is half empty, the money has all been spent
We're a cross between our parents and hippies in a tent
There's A Young Fellow Rockin' In A Thump Thump Car
and He's Smug As A Commentator On N.P.R.
P.S. Glad to see you like Ray Wylie Hubbard, twocat!!!
