This is the the preferred Swiss method:
Werner Günthör Swiss 3x World Champion shot putter in training at our national sport school where I have the privilege to work on occasions. He's 6 foot six tall and must weigh over 2 64 Lbs! That's 120 Lbs he's got on his shoulders. An awesome sight!

Danny is absolutely incredible! I took a close look at his elbows... no scars or blood... how is that possible!
...I'm assuming your spelling is correct Chas!...it would certainly help with my vibrato...

Dennis, I found the video you linked to really touching ... didn't recognize you with the helmet though, and I would have thought this hobby would have given you much more of a soprano voice
All these videos are a hint that we can surpass limits that we previously thought impossible to get past ... and we might apply that to other things.
Just an anecdote ... last year I was walking outdoors in a public area near a 10 foot high stone wall ... suddenly a young man passed by, actually running on the wall, perpendicular to the ground. He did that on and on, in a series of very wide arcs ... up from the ground, then trot on the wall, then agree with gravity and come down ... and repeat. At that time I didn't realize he must also be a guitar player.
The following video reminds me of that ...
