I saw this when I was still at school...but couldn't watch the video there. I saw the "Acoustic Al collaborates with special guest"

Naturally I was quite curious as to to who this mystery guest might be. Was it a Helen? Yet another TG pal? I actually even thought
maybe it was Peter Katz... ( Then I saw the "mohawk" part and I thought: "Has Al gone punk rocker?" Or, maybe it was television's
Mr. T? I had no idea....

Then I read some more of the replies and got closer to what might be in store...This was great fun, Al! Thanks for the laugh!!!
     Very entertaining!!!

Al,

That was the best.

My cats can't whistle like Mohawk, but they do know when it's dinner time.

Thanks for the laugh and the great playing.

I couldn't resist.

For whatever reason- that song, as well as "Tears in Heaven" makes him whistle.

We've had Mohawk about 3 months, and it's been slow-going getting him used to us/hands etc. But I think he's coming around.
You can actually hear him whistle the beginning of "If You're Happy and You Know It" at 1:28 and 2:56!! We've been working on that one a while.

Cheers!

Al, you have got to be one of the best whistlers I've ever heard!! That was awesome! I had a huge smile on my face that entire video, listening to Mohawk chirp along with you! So cute..... what a sweet video.

Plus, you know, nice playing :)

Very entertaining duet I can honestly say I've never seen a similar double act. :)

I thought at first we were going to watch you have a haircut at home...........Well things are tough these days! LOL

Relieved when the Mohawk was a cute talented but shy whistling bird. What a star!
As Monty Python would have said '' and now for something completely different!''

Funny that your bird only does that when you sing. But it's good to have a bird who's beaking when boken to.
