I smoked for 18 years and quit 28 times, but this is the realization that finally clinched it for me, a century ago:

DO NOT ENVY SMOKERS. Poor smokers, what a sad, VERY SAD predicament they are in ! Even if they smoke one a day !

Be sincerely sorry for them ... but you are FREE, and can now move on.

Dang you're no fun Andy lol

Also stopped using the Champix stop smoking pills a couple of weeks before was meant to, they made me nauseous and kept me awake!

I think they call them 'Champa' because when you use them you look like a horse champing at the bit trying to spit it out. LOL
