Geez mate all that metal will play havoc with your mic's and guitar pickups! Serious business there , glad you did proper job and required more than an Elastoplast eh!

Get well soon Rick, don't rush into things let nature take its course to heal properly. (trust Chris to mention the ..... shhhh.....nipple shot!, that just might not get passed the censors)

Wow RIck! It sure looks like the road won that battle. That's some major reconnection you've got there, looks like you'll have a great scar and story to accompany it.

So....I wonder whether your music tastes will change now that you're wearing metal on the inside too. :). Do let us know.

I hope you're feel better and more like yourself soon. Take it easy. Good luck in airports.

Well, I guess so, since Beelzebub himself is in the picture.

... I notice that this thread mentioned androids earlier on ... maybe an omen ?

but I'm sure you're still a great hunk of motorcycle riding chained leather ... this will only give you more machismo ... B)

Hope you get back to comfortable guitar playing soon !

Nipples and annuals.. Chris you bad man
I was told today that I would get 80% movement back
I replied " Thats ok as long as I can play my guitar"
So I guess no playing above or behind my head

Thanks everyone

Rick,

I'm sorry that I missed this thread! I read through it and caught up on what happened. So sorry to hear that you had such a major accident- but I'm really glad that you seem to be well on the road to recovery. It's good to see you're keeping up your great attitude during it, too. :)

And like Shel said, now that you've got metal in your bones (and elsewhere- yowch!!), you'll be giving Kirk Hammett a run for his money!

:)

Suzi
