Thanks for the timely reminder Chaz. I think listening to SRV was what finally convinced me to start playing the guitar. Oh I learned a few chords when I was 12, but never really learned how to play. Hearing Stevie made me decide to really put some effort into it, and I will never have any regrets.

There are some losses that are particularly sad. For me this was one of them. A brilliant, brilliant guitarist who finally had his whole life together and it was snatched away. I spend so much of my commuting time listening to SRV. So wish he were still here, but not to be.
