I was thinking earlier that we don't have a thread with pictures of forum members guitars on here so I thought I'd start one.

Here is a picture of my current group of guitars

Question, what is the collective noun for guitars?

Anyway L-R, Yamaha APX 500- Birthday present from my lovely wife 5 years ago.
1984 Tokai Stratocaster. Been with me since late 80's, staying with me till the end.
2012 Tanglewood TW40 OAN. Had this for 5 months, traded 2 guitars and 1 amplifier for it. There's a story behind this guitar, which I'll be doing soon in another post.

Is it a gaggle of guitars, or set of strings, or pride of guitars, or a pick of guitars.... something like that?

Maybe its... a gas, gas gas! ;-)

I think the word your looking for is "Blessed". But maybe a "stable full" would work better.

At least it looks like you've got it goin on.

Maybe we need to have a poll to decide on the collective noun for guitars, as there seems to be lots of options.

Glad you like the photo-I just need one more guitar to finish the collectione ( haven't we all said that at one time or another!)- I know who has it and where it is, and when he's finished play it, its mine- my dad has it at the moment.

Chas, when did you decide to have a guitar shop in your house? Good work fella, thats an impressive collection you have there.
