Anyone have any experience with 'Bravo' guitars?
I've got someone wanting to trade me a Bravo classical guitar for a soft gig bag I have! That obviously tells me something about the quality of the guitar. But I am curious as I've never owned a classical guitar.
I'll try to attach a pic he sent..
gig bag for a guitar??

Regardless of the quality of the guitar, if you do make the trade, you could most likely sell the guitar for more than the soft gig bag...

Al, a look inside at the 'tag' could tell us more, or not. Like model number, and if 'Bravo' is a model name/ number for a particular manufacturer.
All I find under "Bravo" and several subcategories is one, a "LoneStar" (from Canada) manufactured 6string nylon which looks nothing like the ones in the pics. Sold on the net at a 'LawEnforcment" type auction for like $80us.
Outside of that, nothing. I guess it comes down to the +/- EV (Expected Value). Is the case worth like $20 new and then the resale value would be say, $10 - then is the Bravo worth $10? (and so on)
Jason has a point but as for what I use, I'm not interested in trying to sell something like that, probably would end up giving it to a kid or someone if it turned out to be a 'sour note' thing for myself!

You have to hold it in your arms and tickle its strings Al... then you'll know!

Turns out it's a BC-20 3/4 sized guitar.
I might grab it for a beater.. or to give to someone else down the road.
Anyway, thanks for your replies.
happy friday!!
