Are there any issues with the Target student review uploader? Once I hit the upload button the site disconnects itself after about 10 seconds. Not sure if this is related to the outage last night.

This is what I get after the screen times out after about 10 seconds.

Fix connection problems

I'll try again later this afternoon as I have to go out for a bit.

Tried a few more times and got the same result. Tried different file types as well. I logged a support ticket.

Hi Mark
I have the same problem
And got the same page displayed.
This is what I found out after trying several things

I would guess that you have adjusted your file in some way
When I adjusted my video, like cut the poor takes, add an effect or two, then recode the final
This never works for me anymore, I can only upload a file that is fresh from my recorder (kodac zoom)
One take dont mess with it and it will upload,
Ive put it down to some of my settings within the codec used to recode, but this takes hours on my old PC,
I had decided not to upload any more untill I am able to upgrade my PC, cos I will have to try several settings to find one to work
It would be nice if .FLV were brought back I never has a problem untill that was removed
Even though I dont have any problems uploading to youtube with any of the files refused by TG

And finally the only way for me to upload was to ask the Admin to download it from youtube for me, Jameela saved the day and was very helpful.

Rick. Thanks for the follow up. Interesting. I've tried sending in MP4 and .wmv formats. Never had issues before. I've got a fairly new PC and don't think there are any issues there. I'll see if I get any follow up from the helpdesk on this one and keep trying.
