Vickie is an extraordinary talent. I met her at the 2010 Canadian Guitar Festival. I loaned her a pick, then she immediately used it to melt my face, and the faces of the other 200 people in the audience.

I've seen her play live several times now, and she's always very energetic, and every show is very different.

Thanks for posting her Willem. I think she deserves a lot more exposure than she gets.

Very interesting interpretation. Are you going to try playing it that way? Have you figured out what alternate tuning she's using?

I just dicovered her with a lesson on guitar-body percussion,,,guitar tapping is an other thing but great..and I am happy I can slow vids down...I think I will never reach to that but want to start simple and building it up,,and my mind is still set on a looping station...

 B)

Wow. Suddenly the original version somehow seems less daunting to learn.
