This is for Jean, who thought it would be good to record her New Year's resolutions and then review them at the end of the year.

Here's your wish Jean. Have fun.

I'll be back. I'm considering mine.

What's yours?

It simple for me Michele. I want to go an entire year without any surgery's. I think that would be nice.

Hey Scott. Well I absolutely hope the Universe helps you to deliver on that goal. Wishing you good health in 2015 (and beyond).

Well I completely misunderstood Jean's suggestion regarding resolutions. So for my penance I guess I need to cough up some ACTUAL resolutions. Here we go...

- get more sleep - ha! I hear at least one of you saying. :P
- find a morning yoga class within walking distance that I can get up and do before work...and go twice a week! (At least)
- improve my diet, do the things I KNOW work for me; drink more water, cut out sugar (except fruit and good chocolate), reduce my coffee, eat more protein, eat more leafy greens, blah, blah ... You get the picture. Knowing what to do is one thing, doing it in a sustainable way is another.
- start to meditate
- renew or strengthen some connections that I've let slip...

Ok - there. Delivered to the universe.... Let's see how well I do.

Anyone else want to make a contract with the universe? I'd be interested to hear the things that you're all challenging yourselves with.

Shel

This is great topic Shel and Jean.

Naturally, I wish to become consistent in my guitar practice routine.

I'll have to think about my other non-guitar related resolutions.

:)

I look forward to seeing what you come up with Lynn. I also need to be much more consistent in my playing/practice.

It would also be nice to have some company out on this limb. :)

Read you soon.
