Is the system down? Every time I try to access something, whether it's the beginner/intermediat/advanced lessons or the music lessons, I get a message that says "Bad Request" and something about my browser sending a message that the server could not understand. Any ideas?

Oh Man, have I got a fix for you!! I had the exact same problem and someone told me how to fix it on Neil's first webinar! Unbelievable!

Anyway, I hope you are using Internet Explorer, some recent version. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Browsing History and hit the Delete Button. Another screen pops up and make sure that "Delete Cookies" is checked. Make sure Passwords is unchecked or you'll wipe out any remembered password. I deleted History, Temporary Files, and Cookies.

Go back to Totally Guitars and see if that works. If not, reboot, to clean all that junk out.

Let me know if it works!

Good luck and happy playin'

The cookies can get corrupted in firefox too.
Go to Tools, Options
Then select Privacy at the top.
Click on the Show Cookies button.
Scroll down and delete the Totally Guitars cookies.

If it was remembering your password, you'll have to enter it manually and have it remember it again (if you want it to remember for you).

Hope this helps.

Same thing happens on Safari Browsers also.

You just have to reset history and cache.
