I'm working on Neil Young's "Nowadays Clancy Can't Even Sing" and am okay with the chords although I am "lost" in terms of when to play which chord. The chord & lyric chart is probably okay if you're really advanced; however, I am used to learning songs via tablature charts. Is it possible to get tablature for this song?

Hi,

I am not sure how tab would help. Do you need chord diagrams? As far as when to play each chord, the chart has each measure represented. In the top part each chord is 2 measures of quarter notes, although it should feel like 4 half notes. Then it changes to 3 quarter notes in each measure for the second part, where it is mostly 2 measures of each chord (Am7 / Dm7 /).

Songs like this, that change time signatures can be tricky. This live version should help you figure out where the changes are.

This song may not be the best example, but I have found the timing or rhythm component of tablature can be useful even with strummers.
