Just to be really clear..

We love passion, we love suggestions..and we love helpful opinions..

What wont be tolerated is tone and language that implies a less than integrity based stance..No customer will be argued with on that point..not the Queen of England or anyone..its the tone and language...and the customer ( I have personally built 5 multi-million dollar businesses) is not always right..

What I will say is the following in addition :

I am happy to refund anyone not satisfied..been our policy from day one..I'm sorry if anyone feels that way, but that's life..we move on and find the next happy customer, whilst satiating the unbelievable great ones we have. Submit a ticket to support and we will take care of you.

Nowhere did we promise that the videos in You tube would be In the Target Program..we never have promoted that idea..In fact we never promised that the full lesson would be here..just another part...But we are aiming for that internally long term

The idea that we had promised 9 months ago to include a song in Target is just plain wrong I'm afraid..since Target was not even in the planning stages and the song list was not defined..The Launch of Target clearly identified which songs would go in ...in fact we ran a competition to outline every launch song...

The Target program on both the sales letter and the medley video and the list mentioned above clearly identifies the songs in the program, and we regularly notify through every means possible the songs coming down the pipeline and that have been finished..

I am happy and comfortable in the fact that we will never please everyone..and for that we have a very simple "leave if you like policy"..

As for the suggestions, we have a new video that will accompany each target lesson, and a graphic representation that clearly introduces this concept, as with all things we are trickling them out..

I think we may introduce a "coming this month to Target list" created and that combined with our new "vote a song for target" may go someway to creating an even broader based system..Neil and I have discussed also the fine line between providing what the masses want and what the masses don't know they need...a key distinction , so this will never be a truly democratic system ....but we often don't know what we need to know..

Hope that clears it up.

clear as mud.

Actually, Its pretty much what I would have done in your place Matt. you and Neil know more than we what is actually needed by the students. We can clamor for all the songs we like but if we don't have the fundamentals (fun for mentals) , then we will never be able to play them.

Keep up the good work.

(And I've also tossed a couple of customers out on their ear)

Good on ya Matt.

I think the point about what we think we need as opposed to what we really need is good. After all its an educational site and as a lifelong trainer sometimes you need to use a medium thats not suited to all but nevertheless essential to get a point across. But its been said elsewhere its still gotta be fun...

On a forum site like this you will always get people expounding there views and those who will never be satisfied, essentially you have your business plan and keep as close as possible to it modern management suggests greater transparency so that is something that could help and I note, Matt, you already allued to that..so cool

Well said Matt! All I can add is that I for one am thrilled to be able to be a part of this website and the TARGET program. The site is great and the way it is so user responsive is outstanding. Keep up the awesome job.

Keep Playing
