Fred, I found it helpful to use my computer and plug in my earbuds or head phones into my computer and play along with Neil. There aren't that many chords in Harvest Moon it's mainly getting the strumming down and playing along w/ Neil helped me learn the song and also I used my laptop w/earbuds when I recorded my video, in effect using Neil as my metronome and I could watch him for my chord changes also. You might try that if you are having difficulty learning this song. Gary.

Gary, Nice job!! Good on you for posting your first video! Another NY song I don't know and another I now want to go check out. You kept a really nice rhythm throughout that song, really steady. I think it sounded great. I'm tapped out on Karma, but I'll give you a thumbs-up as soon as I'm recharged. You deserve it!

Suzi, thank you very much. With such kind words it makes me want to start working on another video. I just need to learn to play another song. I have a way to go to catch up with you though. Thanx. Gary

Gary, glad you liked it. First one so I didn't know what to expect. Guess I'll have to learn to play another song, really I'd like to do this one over with some changes I see I would like to change, but that was a 1st take, first time I used my videocam & first for YouTube. I'll learn something else and maybe come back to it in a month or so. Thanks for you supports, I appreciate it. Gary2.

Andy, thanks for the Fab. You are right, there are a lot of songs, I have to do some serious searching to decide my next video, or more important which song to learn. Again thanks for your continuous support. Gary

Suzi, when are you going to do a singing video. I don't think I'm ready for a full on video unless I'm going to sing something & I don't think that will happen for awhile. Good on you for doing a full shot video.

Gary, Haha, I'm not going to subject anyone here to me singing on camera. I like my fellow TGers way to much to do that! I'll leave the singing to Chris (Neverfoundthetime) who can actually carry a tune.

And you're crazy for thinking that you "have a way to go to catch up with" me! Harvest Moon looks harder than Needle. I took a look at it today, and I really do not think I'm ready for it. But I AM going to tackle at some point in the next year. I think it's my new favorite song. I can't believe more people don't use this as a wedding song- it's got to be one of the most romantic songs ever written.

Oh, and I did finally give you your karma last night.
