A question from Mickey

Hi Neil

As I go over each sequence of learning this song I understand the the idea of Travis picking, the 5-4,6-4. when to use them, please excuse me for this question but as you explain when to use the 5-4 sequence on the G with B in the base it looks like i see you hitting the 6-4 in the "Break it down"and when you use the metronome section......what should it be?

Thanks Mickey
Neil's response

Oops- Sorry to be unclear but the pattern on G/B should be 5-4-6-4. Which is how it is in the TAB and how I played it. The 6th string is used as the 3rd bass note on every chord that has a D in it throughout the song. I know I said there were 5 measures in the song that use that pattern but it looks like there are only 4.
