Hi Neil-

I am very impressed with your target program. I do, however, have a problem with my computer and cannot get the videos to work. Since I started the Target program I have not been able to make use of the videos at all, and think I am just going to have to get a new computer before that feature is going to work. My question is, "How do I stop the Target program, and keep it from accessing my bank account for more payments?" There ought to be an intuitive way on the site to accomplish this, but I cannot find it.

Please do not access any more payments from my account, effective immediately.

Thanks,
Stephenbdog

Under TARGET, Questions about TARGET, someone from admin said
"Yes you can cancel your membership by using the support link at the top of each page and requesting cancellation."

Sorry to hear you're canceling. The more people here the better the program is as we share what we know and learn.

As a cost effective alternative if you've had your computer for a few years, you might consider backing up all your data and doing a fresh operating system install. Fresh installs run considerably faster.

Use Firefox on the normal quality videos right away to see if they'll work. Then try intermittently as you re install all the other programs you use. You may find a culprit. Especially with things like anti-virus and anti-spyware software.

Stephen- I'm sure you've tried this already but before you pull the plug, delete all your old cookies. I had a devil of a time with the videos and during Neil's first webinar someone told me to delete the cookies and everything cleared up immediately! Amazing that something so simple could cure this frustrating problem I'd had for weeks. Now, whenever the videos get balky I just flush out the old cookies!

I can walk you though it if you need help and use IE!

Good luck!
