I did everything that was suggested: deleted temporary Internet files, cookies, and history, then re-started my computer; but I still get this message:

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

Please help. I don't have access to hardly anything!

Dude try using the latest version of mozilla firefox as your browser.
