Are you talking about the Billy Joel version? If you are then it was written for Piano.

Or maybe Bob Dylans version?

Well, we know Bob Dylan's version is going to be very different because... well... lets face it. Bob never really learned how to carry a tune. He can write, and he can play, but his singing is from a whole other direction.... Bless his heart.

They did a very nice job of it. The rhythm part looks pretty easy. The lead would be a bit more difficult. Barre chords all around.
