Hi Neil,
I have a question regarding the solo on Landslide. I can play it like exactly the way it's written in the lesson notes. However I can't get to seem the hang of the melody the way you play it in your lesson. I think the problem might be that you play it differently then on the tableture? I think after the 2 pull offs at Am7, you hit a d but after that also a high E. Is that correct? If I play it like it exactly at it says on the notes I cannot get the same tune that you play in the lesson. Do I make sense here? Can you please help me out? Thanks in advance!

HI I think you may find this kind of question has been raised several times and esentially the play thorughs are not necessarily the same as the tab: however, I think you will find the other videos breaking the song down will be. The idea of the play through where Neil improvises quite a bit is to show you what is possible and sets something for you to aspire to. IMprovisations are often played off the cuff and are extremely difficult to TAB out, if not difficult then they are extremely time consuming. Neil wants to get across techniques and give you the foundation to work from to make a song your own. Once you've mastered the breakdown vids and start to understand a bit more about melodies etc then this is the challenge to create your own versionHi Neil,
