Stratman- you should go to the "Request a Lesson" thread to request songs but I will tell you that there have been literally hundreds of song requests from every new member since TARGET started 5 months ago.

Neil is a huge Beatles fan so your chances are better than most but you need to demonstrate that a song has teaching value and is not just your favorite song. Remember this a teaching site and not a song/tab repository. If a song teaches a new technique, a strumming patterm, alternate tuning or something else interesting Neil may pick it for a song study. If not, you have little chance!

The other problem is right now, Neil and crwe have lined out several months worth of new material so any new song request will take a very long while unless there is huge member demand. Since Neil has done so many Beatles tunes already, that is unlikely.

I don't want to rain on your parade but you should know what the criteria are. Every new TARGET member requests 3 or 4 songs they always wanted to learn and are often disapointed if Neil can't get to them! Let's put it this way, Neil picks the songs with only occasional input from us. He knows what he wants to teach and we don't!

Cheers! :cheer:
