i have created a ticket some days ago explaining how i cannot open the videos. i am a member and have signed up for a month. there has been no response to the ticket so i am still left with the same problem. can this be rectified

Hey there..
May I suggest you check your spam folder..
We never usually leave a ticket unanswered for more than 48 hours at worst..
If you cannot find it resubmit the ticket so we can track it..
In case you haven't done the basics..make sure you are using latest version of chrome or Firefox if you are not on a MAc..make sure you have latest version of Flash installed, and make sure none of your other software is blocking the videos...like a firewall or any antivirus software..
Clear your cookies if you have checked off this list and restart browser and try again.

Just a follow up on this. I submitted a ticket on July 31st and have gotten no response either. All my e-mails from TG make it to me, so I don't know what happened. I'll re-submit as well.

Hi Guys,
Sorry about that. We have a new person working support and coming up to speed super quick. I will check in on these and make sure they have been addressed. I know tickets are being handled daily still so we will figure out how these were overlooked and close the gap on it.
