Key to recognizing a key change?

Sometimes, when I am trying to figure out how to play a song, I get confused when it goes into a key change. Sometimes , the change is obvious, while others, it's more subtle. Is there an easy way to determine a key change?

EDIT-
Er. . . . . Or, perhaps, it's already Saturday down under. . . . with that International Time Zone thing.
