Hi,,I was practicing Lola by the Kinks and I like also the little lead parts after completing a verse(4 measers on the E chord),, in the break down video time 3.45 you said ''mess a round in the E blues scale'' ,,for me the song is'nt a blues song,so,,Is it right thinkin from my and say ''mess a round in the E maj pentatonic scale ?

I liked Neil's answer in the Weekly News update and how he linked it with the modes topic.

Have you uploaded a video of
yourself playing both options?
I liked both, both sound good although different, I suppose it depends on your mood and the sound you want folk to hear.
I think you have made up your mind already !
