With a song like this it's not really important you get it note for note the way the tablature goes etc......

There are a lot of variables when you play a song like this.

When you say " a song like this" what do you mean, how does it differ from other songs?

Rephrased - When learning any song......
How do you know when you can be relaxed with the picking and strumming, to me they all seem the same !

I am working on ''deep river blues'' everyday,,it sounds a bit bluesy but I aint there yet...but everyday!!! and others.. :laugh: B)

glad you came with your problem so I had a look at the lesson again,,its a sort of swingin/pickin/out notes and accented ones(bass etc)..

Maybe you could reinvent the tune...
